xShare

3AHealth is a selected participant in the xShare Open Call for the implementation of the xShare Yellow Button, a European initiative supporting the adoption of the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the European Electronic Health Record Exchange Format (EEHRxF).

Publishable Summary: The xShare Yellow Button project aims to empower citizens with secure, patient-controlled access to their health information through interoperable digital health technologies. Within this initiative, 3ahealth is integrating the xShare Yellow Button into the Alasia Health ecosystem, enabling patients to securely download and share their health data, including Patient Summaries, ePrescriptions, and Discharge Reports, through the Alasia Health EHR and myAlasia mobile application. The solution leverages HL7 FHIR and EHDS-compliant standards to facilitate seamless health data portability and cross-border interoperability. By implementing secure Smart Health Links and patient-centred data-sharing mechanisms, the project contributes to the realization of the European Health Data Space vision, improving access to health information, enhancing continuity of care, and supporting the digital transformation of healthcare across Europe.
